The
Inn's restaurant and lounge, newly refurbished,
introduces executive chef Austin Byrne who has
joined our award winning culinary staff. The restaurant
is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, being
served on either the outside terrace or one of
our air-conditioned dining rooms.
At least three nights a week the lounge will feature
live entertainment for your late night pleasures.
Pastas, steaks and fresh local seafood are carefully
prepared with the freshest ingredients and are
cooked to perfection in our authentic wood burning,
brick pizza oven.
Our New England Chowder and Gourmet Pizza has
been judged the best in Montauk for the last 5
consecutive years. |
